General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between nepk ("we", "our", "platform") and each individual ("user", "you") who uses this website nepk.cam. By accessing the nepk platform or creating an account, you are automatically deemed to have agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount or for security reasons, nepk may request a national identity card, passport or other documents for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Some functions may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

A user may close their own account at any time by informing the support team. nepk may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the nepk platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka) via any payment method. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, Sonali Bank and others)

Deposited funds must be sent only from the account owner's own verified payment account. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will be made only to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption technology. nepk does not charge any transaction fees, however your payment provider may charge separately.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 (twenty thousand taka). The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• Bonus Wagering Requirement: 20 times (20x) — meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
• Each user may receive this bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers have their own detailed terms, which are stated alongside each offer. nepk reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion. In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can participate in three tiers of the nepk VIP Program:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback benefit.
